Sound and Screen

The Stanley Theater has undergone a fundraising project with Kickstarter.com and was able to fundraise to upgrade to digital projection.  Featuring a 100 foot throw, the custom 85mm DLP lense shows a stunning crystal clear image for the viewing patrons.  The new Barco Projector featuring DLP texas instruments advancements, and Doremi processor make it easy to show a movie.  Compared to the 35mm film, the set-up time is cut in half and image advanced by 50%.  Along with 7.1 surround sound, the Stanley Theater offers all of the charm and feeling of going to the theater as a kid accompanied by the current technology.  A match made in movie heaven.
